1. Responsabilidad del Contenido
“El Cliente garantiza que todo el material proporcionado (textos, imágenes, enlaces y archivos) es de su propiedad o cuenta con las licencias necesarias para su uso comercial. La Agencia no se hace responsable por reclamos de derechos de autor o legalidad del contenido suministrado por el cliente.”
2. Derecho de Remoción y Seguridad
“Nos reservamos el derecho unilateral de retirar o rechazar cualquier contenido o enlace que, a nuestro criterio, sea considerado malicioso, fraudulento, engañoso o que viole las políticas de seguridad de los buscadores o leyes vigentes. En estos casos, no habrá lugar a reembolsos.”
3. Independencia Editorial
“La publicación de un guest post no implica el respaldo de este portal a las actividades del cliente. Todo contenido patrocinado debe cumplir con las normativas éticas y legales vigentes.”

1. Content Liability & Warranty
“The Client warrants that all provided materials (text, images, links, and files) are either owned by the Client or properly licensed for commercial use. The Agency shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement or the legality of the content provided by the Client.”
2. Right of Removal & Security Policy
“We reserve the right to unilaterally remove or reject any content or link that we deem malicious, fraudulent, deceptive, or in violation of search engine security policies or applicable laws. No refunds will be issued in such cases.”
3. Indemnification
“The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from the content or links provided by the Client.”
